Welcome to the website of CourtSide Legal Services, LLC ("CourtSide," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, www.courtsidesuncoast.com, and certain communications and services offered by our firm.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Website Use

The information provided on this website is intended for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing contained on this website constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.

2. Attorney-Client Relationship

Visiting our website, submitting an online form, scheduling a consultation, sending an email or text message, or contacting our office does not automatically establish an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney-client relationship is established only after the firm has completed its applicable intake and conflict-review procedures, agreed to provide representation, and entered into an appropriate engagement agreement.

Until representation has been established, individuals should avoid transmitting confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information through general website forms or unsecured electronic communications.

3. Legal Services and Limited-Scope Representation

CourtSide Legal Services provides legal services in accordance with applicable Florida law and the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.

Depending on the circumstances, services may include legal consultations, document preparation, legal coaching, limited-scope representation, and full legal representation.

The scope of legal services, applicable fees, responsibilities of the attorney and client, and other material terms will be outlined in the applicable engagement agreement.

Nothing on this website guarantees representation or a particular legal outcome.
